Come on now....
Saw a Ukrainian Regiment of Old Guisers in the Ukraine/Russia War and they seemed to be effective eventhough not as efficient as the young lads. In war sometimes skill and experience works in your advantage as well

I am a serving reservist....BULLSHIT....we hardly ever train. Those members who show interest in shooting face impossible hurdles to compete. The general standard of marksmanship especially amongst newer members is virtually non existent. I will guarantee that my 12 year old daughter will outshoot 75% of most newer serving members
My mother is deployed to Mozambique and she is captain by rank💂♀️
How long is she gone for,I hear deployments are very lengthy
