I just moved to LA and watched your videos extensively to prepare myself and now you're in San Diego hahaha
I’ll be back soon haha👍🏻
your going to love San Diego!!!!!!!
I love it!! Happy 2023 where being a little crazy is a requirement. Looking forward to your San Diego content. Here's to more living and smiling.☺🍎💚
Thank you! Yes it is lol 😊
I'm going to just follow you around the world because you go to my favorite spots! Enjoy san diego!
Enjoyed it! But the living room coffee shop looked awesome! ❤️ from your biggest fan! 🥰
Great vibes as usual and so real! Love it! Enjoy San Diego:)
My wife and I were actually out not that far from you that day. Our intention was to do San Juan Capistrano and then visit La Jolla. We were going to take a thirty minute walk on the beach path when we realized sixty mile an hour winds and getting pelted by cold rain wasn't a good idea.
You must've been really determined to make content that day - we ended up doing the next day at Knott's in Orange County. I wanted to relive childhood memories. The cold and stormy weather with the half-closed park definitely dampened that!
Hope San Diego gave you more joy than Culver City! At the very least, Tijuana is next door if you really want something new to do...
I think this is an awesome way to start out the year, Michael. They say do something you love at the start of the year to keep it fun and interesting throughout the year. Hey! If you get a chance, there’s a place in Little Italy called Not Not Tacos you should definitely try. They make really good food there. Enjoy San Diego!
Thanks Amit!
You gotta check out Coronado just across the bridge. The Hotel Del Coronado is beautiful especially during the holidays. Also head to the Coronado Ferry Landing for excellent views of downtown SD.
La Jolla is another great area to check out... kayaking, hiking along the cliffs, and lots of delicious restaurants.
I went there! So beautiful!
you know, with all the rain, you should look into if there will be superblooms in SoCal this year. Usually around March? There should be trail cams for Anza Borrego or Antelope Valley to see if there are. If so, try to go (but seriously bring a warm windbreaker because it can get windy).
ALSO in a few weeks/months, many hiking trails will start turning pretty green from all the rain as well. Even just taking the 405 to the 101 and the Sepulveda Pass will be like Shire green (hopefully lol)
Definitely! Good point!
I didn’t understand. You’ll be there for a month or more than this?
San Diego is amazingggg!!!! If you like libraries, there’s a great one with a lake! Scripps Miramar Ranch Branch Library, and there’s another bigger lake near too
A month! 😊thanks for the tips!!
I hope by the 20th it warms up.... I've got to get my PB & Mission vibe on. 😎
Enjoy Sandy Eggo🤙
San Diego is nice but one alternative I like is Ventura and it's surrounding cities in the Conejo Valley...save Simi.
It was raining, but you looked so enjoyable😂
How fun! Fresh air defo in that area than LA & honestly best suitcase evah 😊
🤣
Hey Michael! 😀I'm loving your videos and I'm from California so I'm appreciating them as well. 😎🌴I'm from the SF Bay Area but I lived in LA for about 8 years. Unfortunately I had to move from LA to NJ in 2013(long story lol) but now that I'm done here in NJ with these chapters of my life and finishing school. I'm planning on moving back to CA this Nov. (when my lease is up.)😉 Im for sure moving back to So Cal but I can't decide between SD or LA. 🙃 Any advice since you have been living there recently and I know things have changed a lot since I had to leave in 2013. Also what made you make the move from LA to SD? 🤔Thanks and thanks for your videos-I'm excited to get back to my home state.🙂
Hi Jennifer! I’m only here temporarily in SD (for now at least) but ultimately I think SD has a better vibe, however it’s all about what you’re looking for. LA for more city life/career opportunity, SD for everything else. I’ll be making a video on this probably next month so stay tuned! 😊
SD is my favorite US city!! You need to hike the Saigon Trail in La Jolla. It has the BEST cliff views and goes right next to Alicia Keys’ house lol
Sunset cliffs for sunset is a must too!
Could become my fave too! Love sunset cliffs! Saigon is on my list 😊
Hey what camera do you use
Zoey Bearrrr 🤩
Drop San Diego tips 👇🏻
love san diego! my fav gelato place, bobboi is in la jolla. and you already got mexican food so pretty much a local already
Mission Beach for people watching, Liberty Station for food and drink (and people watching), Take Blue Line to Gas Lamp for more of the same. As far as food I think you were Vegan there's a place called Plant Power fast food in OB. There is much much more. Oh go find the "secret" swing in La Jolla. There's hiking everywhere, since you have your car you could do Potato chip rock and Torrey Pines if in the mood.
Hey, we need the rain! The West Coast/southwest has been going through a major drought, so for me, the more rain the better. I also appreciate that zoning restrictions haven't resulted in a row of highrises along SoCal's coastline. Or what's common in parts of Florida. Although lower density does raise the cost of property along Ca's coast, I think a low-rise look gives off a friendlier, beach-type vibe.
Yes, the rain is a good thing 🙌
Are you kidding me? You rather it just be so rich that no one can afford except millionakres and their unpaid rent a cops? Sounds retarded to me
Traveling tip - have more than one suitcase 😂
Smooth branding! 😂 thank you friend!
How many people live in San Diego?
Move back to LA please we can't handle more in san diego
I love your vibes bro
I dare you get to the border and do a video 📸 Happy New year 🎉
🤣
Best Mexican food? Cough cough San Antonio?
San Diego is never sunny anymore. It’s always cloudy. It’s overrated.
