But I have learn to overcome these due to life lessons, introspection and by reading some books. Journalling helped me a lot. Such a beautiful video ash... Very connective... This was so much needed.. Am the youngest in my home but i never share anything with my siblings nor do i ask for a advise.. All my siblings got married by the time i enter my 20s and now am 29 ... All these years I've figured everything by myself moreover.. This was one of the best video and much needed for me.. I just gained some weight and apart from my family everyone were saying to reduce weight out of concern.. But somewhere i started demotivated and felt uninterested in myself..
