I have that problem in my 2019 but I bent it all out of shape just trying to remove it. Now I don’t know what to do or how to cut it with such a small clearance
Been hearing a similar noise from the passenger window lately , the passenger doors frame rattles every time I brake or rattles on uneven roads , the passenger window however goes up and down fine .Any advise ?
It’s probably at sheet metal brace that’s glued at the factory. Pull the door panel to confirm but if that’s what it is you can reattach it using construction adhesive like liquid nail

what about plastic you pulled off. does it just stick back to glue or did you replace glue?
Sticks back very easily
2016 corrolla had the same problem

@@Tail_Dragger thanks for the advice and tips
Did you put adhesive on the loose part?
Yes
@@Tail_Dragger What kind of adhesive did you use? I tried JB weld SteelStik and it didn't work for me.
