  • Humans flourish when we recognize the "super power" in each of us and come together to relieve injustice with, not for, others. Our participation in collaboration is transformational: it affirms human dignity and stimulates ideas that bring about flourishing.
    Phillip Demond Fletcher is the founder and director of CoHO, and the founder of Think-Love-Act, non-profit organizations in Conway, AR. Phillip frequently speaks and writes on issues concerning the local church, leadership, and social justice. He holds an M.A. in Theology from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.
