I have a Q8max+, I just bought it. When the device lands on the carpet, the turbo starts to produce suction, but when it lands on the hard ground again, it does not reduce the suction, it constantly works on the turbo. I press it manually to reduce the suction, the warning bell rings but it doesn't drop. Once it starts and gets on the carpet, it always runs on turbo. The software is also up to date. can you help me?

Q8 Max is enough! Emptying the bin is easy and quick. Not worth the extra $200.
