Honestly, it's hard for me to get excited about that brand, but I absolutely respect your craftsmanship! Fascinating to watch the transformation. Hats off to you, Sir!
Awesome job transforming a mediocre boot into something well made. I cut my own welts but I would really like a good source for storm welt if you didn't mind sharing. Anyway, great work.
I have two pairs of Doc's from, or about, the early 90's, and I've been thinking about getting them resoled. They're, if I'm not mistaken, Crazy Horse in color, 6" boot. I'd really like to do that honey Vibram sole, if possible? I hope you see this... Anyway, you do amazing work!
@Bassman1999 I actually did 2 pairs these and a pair of black color we did use black soles on them ..,Customer didn’t want to have both pairs with black soles. Thanks for watching!
Excellent! You turned a mediocre boot into a true Goodyear welted boot! Well done sir!
Great transformation ... Dr. Martens were my go to boot in the 60s and 70s ... if they looked that now I might go to them again.
Thanks
Great video. Very talented.
They look incredible. I would have gone with a black vibram cristy, but that’s just preference.
Black cristy for me also..
Guaranteed the customer gets what they want. I like the white sole with the black welt in the red boot.
I am NOT a Dr. Marten fan, but I would wear those. Nice work.
Dms are my fave footwear for near 20 years ❤
That's about 1000 times better looking than how they came from the factory!
They look great.
They look pretty good I gotta say, much better than the original sole.

🙇♂️🙇♂️
Great work as always I need to ship my pair out to you. Always so relaxing to see the craftsmanship. Keep up the great work.
I'm a cobbler and I must say great job.
Exactly what was missing in these boots design and construction…..proper soles and welts…. This is great job
Excellent work I've been wanting to see dr martens with wedge soles they actually look pretty good
🙏
Great job; however, in my opinion the sole should have been gray or graphite, more fitting the style.
Very nicely done. I love the color of those docs.
That's a great work !
Can't find a worker to do this in Paris, France !
Great job!
I wonder how they would have looked with the yellow welt stitching
wow, nice work and awesome style ❤
Fantastic craftsmanship 👍 👌 👏
Your work is amazing I'm just not sure how I feel about a doc with a wedge sole lol
Revived and 100X better... Fantastico!
Excelente transformación, ahora sí que es una bota bonita!
Sólo que... el color de la planta habría sido mejor negro.
Gracias!!
Honestly, they look good. Great job, thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching
Big Improvement from Original. Great Work.

Muy bien entendido mi estimado, se lo que quieres decir, te quedaron excelentes!!!
🖐🏻👊🙏
A+ I would have gone with a lug rather than wedge but that's a matter of preference. Dainite would be interesting too.
Me too. I’ve got a pair of DM shoes that might be getting heavy lug soles.
Man those turned out so cool!
excelente trabajo paisano saludos desde tijuana
Gracias, saludos mi buen compatriota
This is the first DM recraft I've seen that they don't look goofy somehow. 👍
Just wow dude...!!!!
WOW great work !!!
🙏
Better than new!
Awesome Doc Martians become improved Diehards!
Awesome!
Clean!!
Looks good. Done same thing to my boots from 2012 couple of years ago and mine didn’t had cracks on a toes, sadly top leather only getting worse.
Unfortunately it’s a coated leather and once that happens, nothing can be done.
Thanks
They r actually worth the price now
Impresionante trabajo, crack. 💣💥👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🐐🧙♂️🥇🫡
ME ENCANTAN
Excellent

Geniales ..saludos desde España
Que tal Rolando muchas Gracias, Saludos!
Nice transformation and a stunning job sir! What the product you used at 1:40 and what does it do? Thanks!
I would like to see them resoled with a lug sole. They would look like cool combat boots then.
not bad, almost like CXL8

👍
Very nice, but I would have kept the yellow string
Could you have used a honey lug Vibram, or is the heel too tall on that outsole?
How much does something like that cost ??
Chingon 👍🏽
Do you allow people to send you boots to be redone? I have some Docs I would like you to convert like this.
Great work! Did you install the shanks into boot?
Thanks sir, since we’re doing a wedge sole, no shank is needed
Why didn’t you use the original yellow thread
What are those pliers at 7:49?
Are these English or Asian Docs?
How much would this service cost?
How much do charge for this
do sell sites Dr martens made in England
ALL THAT WORK FOR A WEDGE SOLE?!?!
Buen trabajo pero no gusto como se ven
does not look like the original
Absolutely fantastic job…BUT…..what a horrible choice of sole! White and Ox blood just doesn’t look right.
I only chose the welt ok
😅
@@AaronG2480 a black Vibram would have looked good. Customers choice though 🤷♂️. Excellently executed though.
@Bassman1999
I actually did 2 pairs these and a pair of black color we did use black soles on them ..,Customer didn’t want to have both pairs with black soles.
Thanks for watching!
Its looks fantastic
No no no
Katastrophe!....🙃
I have 3 pair in horween leathers . I will get them resoled because of the leather quality .
Never would have thought about putting that type of sole on a Doc. They really turned out great Aaron.
🙏🙏
