I remember being disappointed that Stan and Julie weren't in the show at all outside of the bar. But upon reflection I think I like it. They all have their own individual lives and this is simply the time and place where they connect for a brief time, and then depart.
Squigglevision was pretty smart for the time in producing an animated show on a low budget, with it being used both in this and Science Court. I also love that this reminds you of Life and Times of Tim as well. I started watching that show just last year on a whim and instantly fell in love with its snappy dialogue and low-effort animation, which too reminded me of Dr. Katz and Home Movies.
But when your device itself is electric, it doesn't pollute, unless you mean the resources it took to create the battery. But the act of riding the bike itself doesn't pollute.

This show totally reminds me of Science Court/Squigglevision and The Life and Times of Tim! I love it!
