I mix in an art texture paste from chromacryl but other brands would work as well.
Any acrylic paint to add colour.

In the US you have Liquitex modelling paste/gel. We have many different brands here, mainly at art supply shops. do you have those or online?

White colour and Glue is required or not?

Any colour, you can add it to the paste but it will lighten. or paint over the paste on your work when dry. And glue isnt needed, the modelling paste will help
