random feedback, red bottom border on the thumbnail is not a good idea. its too close to the red line youtube puts at the bottom to show you watched the video before. my instinct was to not click on the video since i thought i already watched it. doesnt matter there isnt red on the left side, my eyes look at the right side by default, to see how much of the video i have watched

You didn't touch on the real reason Runaan's is a must build on Jinx, though. The smaller projectile is changed from the generic animation to mini-rockets while in rocket form. Cute cosemetic details are the biggest game winner.
This is literally one of my most favorite changes riot has ever made lol.
they are actual rockets too right? they deal area damage and all the rockets stack if enemies are stacked

can you maybe not call it the ultimate jinx guide when its more like a guide for players who've just picked up the champ and played very few games with very low champion mastery
I have a huge qualm with what you say about runaans: perhaps you didn't see this in the players that you analyzed, but runaans is an amazing farming tool. The time that it saves you lets you clear camps between waves much more easily (and clear those camps rapidly as well).
Furthermore, it makes sieging so much easier because fast waveclear means bigger wave crashes during extended sieges.
Honestly with jinx and your rockets, wave clear is already super fast so not much diffrence
No, he’s right. I’ve probably played 1000+ jinx games, and runaans really makes a difference in your waveclear
@@collinbrown9233 i guess we have to agree to disagree, also have 1000+ games and in 95% of games PD is a better choice i think.
@@Zezam_ Rocket's + Runaan's is a LOT more waveclear. Remember Runaan's is more effective the higher your attack range.
Personally don’t care about the second or two it may save wave clearing. The only value I see in it is the possible extra splash damage from using rockets. Other items are better. I would leave it as a 5th or 6th item unless I actually see value in it in niche scenarios.
i want to add that runnans hurricane works on minions so if you basic attack someone in the middle of a wave he gets damage from his rocket and the 2 mini rockets from hurricane which chan deal like 200% of total AD to this target alone (learned that from aphelios)

Thanks so much, this helps a lot! Playing Jinx was hard for me at first, I got a bit better knowing that I should get the Jungle monsters down. But this helped me know a looott!!

As an M7 jinx I only disagree with the runaans hate. It's super good in almost every situation because even if the entire enemy team isn't on top of each other in every teamfight you still hit more targets which helps you proc your passive off your teammates kills and it makes your wave clear easily unmatched so it's great for siegeing turrets or breaking a siege from the enemy. It's also fairly aggressively costed and gives important stats. It's an easy second item power spike that should probably only be delayed or ignored for outright defensive items if you have to save yourself from some assassin
M7 doesn't mean anything though. You can get S+ in normals or low elo

I can update one thing. And what i see many people do with jinx. If you are in close combat never use w. Use only if they flash, dash and tries to escape. You do more damage just doing auto attacks rather just pressing w. Also it take way to much time to cast and its easy to dodge. So propably you will just loose a fight. Same goes with Caitlins Q
Jinx w applies a slow which helps with kiting

Isn't part of the point of Runaan's the big attack speed boost in combo with a crit boost? Helps with farming but also getting in a lot damage on enemies in very little time.
Can't tell if it was just the video but I having PTSD thinking blitz was gonna W and run through the wave and Q the jinx when she was pushed up lol

Nami is easy focus first of healing and hitting vasals you can use first q and W on always target on Low lvl enemys since w can heal and damage at the same time
Doesn't her ult also do more damage to low hitpoint targets

As far as items go. At least 3 tanks, or 2 really tanky boys, then you can go Kraken + PD/hurricane + IE. Otherwise Galeforce is great since you can use it to reposition in team fights and pick off low health targets. With that you can build hurricane, Stormrazor, or PD depending on the comp. Hurricane is best for matching a high wave clear team, PD if they have a lot of melee champs, and Stormrazor if they have a lot of mages or assassins. After IE I usually pick one of the 3 that I didn't already get as long as I don't need MR or antiheal.
Most games are over by the. You don't need that much dmg to be good on her. Infact her highest rated build rn over 60k games us her building galeforce and 3 aztack speed items.
Personally I think the meta is evolving towards like 1 or 2 items and then already something to helo you live. Hell, people are rushing zhonyas 2nd item on NON AP JUNGLERS like J4. It's crazy.
But if you don't feel the threat for w/e reason, an IE is always good as 3rd item

as a jinx main… i KNOW the enemy gets mad at me when i kill them across the map 😂😂 when u start with jinx just throw the ultimate… youll be surprised how often you can actually kill someone with it. its better to let it go sometimes across the map than holding it.. you never know it MIGHT hit 😂

In this guide I’ve noticed that Immortal shieldbow is the mythic of choice ? Is it not better to build kraken due to the dps it offers ? Or at the moment Immortal shieldbow is better due to the assassin/mage burst meta ?
Depends on the fight. Sometimes it is better for me to use Kraken and sometimes its better to use the other one
I almost always take kraken because the damage u get from it makes it so easy to carry

As an Ex jinx main i never ever get blood thirster or shieldbow and yes hurricane is a great item for jinx almost always and jinx is really imobile so dont splitpush apart from that sounds about right
I'm still not to sure when i need to use the minigun and when the canon, can anyone explain when to use which one
Minigun has higher single target dps, 1v1s for example. Rocket should be used almost all the time in team fights, due to the extra range and splash damage. If you need to focus down one enemy use minigun. If there’s groups of enemies or you need the extra range use the rocket. Part of the learning curve is to know when to bob and weave in between the 2.
what about runes?
I was worried getting balls deep into arcane and the lore would risk me actually buying and playing lol. No worries tho, ever other word was still complete gibberish to me.

Usually a skill capped fan boy, but I think this guide screws up three important things:
- You usually don't want to spam shove waves as Jinx. Ideally, you want to farm safe close to your tower. Let them shove waves to you and control the wave state on your side of the map. If you perma shove, you will get either run down or camped by jungle, both of which Jinx struggles with.
- Yes, Jinx's ult peak damage is not very far away. But you don't mention the most important part there. The low health execute is where the damage comes from.
- Like everyone else said, your discussion on RunHurr is lacking.
