Sikorsky helicopters

A c.1947 29-minute black-and-white sound film on various Sikorsky helicopters which includes footage showing the flying capabilities of the Sikorsky R-4 / R-5 / R-6 helicopters including aeromedical evacuation and airmail services which conclude with the roll-out of the S-52 at Sikorsky Engineering, Bridgeport, CT. The film also includes footage the VS/300 landing and taking off from water and the final flight of the VS/300 in 1943 at the Edison Institute, Dearborn Michigan.
