Let's Play: Make A Good Megaman Level 3 - Part 3

After what seems like a near century wait (it was really only about 5 years), the newest Make A Good Megaman Level (MAGMML for short) has been released! I've decided to get on this as soon as possible before I start getting spoiled on the entries. I'll be playing through the levels and reading the reviews along the way and giving some thoughts on each of the levels in the description. Feel free to follow along...
We check out the casino here and learn that there isn't really a shop system in the game as the tokens themselves are used to get upgrades. Guess it's a nice change as it keep people from grinding and getting overpowered early. After about 40 minutes of just messing around, we finally get around to getting to the levels, and immediately regret our decision. Also, I said I'd stop reading reviews, but didn't here, I swear the next video I will, they are just getting too lengthy and I wanna get this project done.

Temple of Light and Dark - Oh boy!!! This was not fun. I was expecting a bit of a Forgotten Fortress thing going, but that wasn't in the cards. Instead, it's a lot of backtracking to find keys to open doors to next to impossible challenges for tokens. Oh, and no checkpoints at all at the first part of the stage. There's no excuse for that considering how much backtracking is involved. The real killer of the stage though was the second half of the light side. It took me way to long to get through this and I was suffering the whole time. Worse still is I was never good at fighting Solar Man, so when I saw him fully charged with two health bars, I immediately changed to Water Shield. Nerts to that. I ultimately gave up on the tokens after finding both elements, but will likely return once I get some upgrades. My least favorite so far, and even though they got rid of least favorites in this game, I gotta imagine it's some of the judges as well. A shame... this could of been so good...
