I use them all by laying down flat on my back with no pillow...cover my eyes. Then I do my own personal visualization rituals....you can so choose to do it however you like. I do not impose my way on others I simply share the best brainwave meditations I create for my self and people of this world who choose to use them. Thx anything else I can help you with?

yes its a good idea for full experience..specially the 10000hz tone that is actually very low volume in the mix....how ever as a meditation even a phone speaker can work most times...my wife does it like that...but i always use good headphones...i like to hear the sounds and experience the sonic journey! then let the frequency following response allow me to tune my brain!
Umm a myth : why? Headphones are for individual hearing. If you just listening the sounds the brain catches the essence of the meditation . Ironically enough God creates the brain to connect inner self with the universe. Love the videos.

nothing in here to make it unsafe...in fact doing meditation with content on my channel will help recover them muscles faster! but the only factor is here is how comfortable are you with altered states of focus and also do you enjoy the type of sound design and spiritual meditation themes i create...other then that there is only a wave of sound...nothing unsafe about it! it just might not be for all...
