Gram flour:1 to 1½cup
Baking powder:1tsp
Salt:a pinch
"For Chaat"
Yogurt:500g
Boiled potato:1large
Boiled chickpeas:1cup
Tomato:2medium
Onion:2small
Cabbage:½-¾cup
Chaat masala:1tbsp
Chilli flakes:1tsp
Salt:to taste
Green chilli paste:1½tsp
Green chillies:3-4
Coriander:3-4tbsp
Lemon juice:1½tbsp
Tamarind chatni:for serving
Papdi:for serving

"بوندی کے لئے"
بیسن: ایک سے ڈیڑھ کپ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر: ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک: ایک چٹکی
"چاٹ کے لیے"
دہی: آدھا کلو
ابلا ہوا آلو: ایک عدد بڑے سائز
ابلے ہوئے چنے: ایک کپ
ٹماٹر: دو عدد درمیانے سائز کے
پیاز: دو عدد چھوٹے سائز کی
بند گوبھی: آدھا سے پونا کپ
چاٹ مصالحہ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ یا حسب ذائقہ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ یا حسب ذائقہ
نمک: ایک چائے کا چمچ یا حسب ذائقہ
باریک والی ہری مرچوں کا پیسٹ: ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ یا حسب ذائقہ
موٹی والی ہری مرچیں: تین سے چار عدد
تازہ کٹا ہوا دھنیا: تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ
لیموں کا رس: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
املی کی چٹنی: سرو کرنے کے لئے
پاپڑی: سرو کرنے کے لیے
