Where do I even begin with Kali and Whit? Kali is a fellow wedding filmmaker and dear friend, so I (Sarah) was c̶r̶a̶z̶y̶ ̶f̶r̶e̶a̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶o̶u̶t̶ just a little nervous when I sent them their wedding video. We wanted their wedding film to reflect their vision for the entire wedding weekend... fun, faith, family, and of course football. In fact, it really felt more like a family reunion than a wedding. And Whit's family's lakeside land in Guntersville, Alabama was the perfect setting for this crazy celebration.

When it ended so soon, I realized this is not a Hallmark movie. The love and laughter in this family is awesome!

Thank you! And yes we love shooting those activities outside of the wedding day or wedding "formalities." You get a lot of genuine moments because people are more chill and just having fun vs. worrying about timelines and such.

How are you guys getting such clean audio while they are getting ready!?
If you're talking about once the bride is in her dress, she has a lav mic hidden in her dress. Prior to that it would be either on-cam audio or our shotgun mic the Shure Lenshopper (link in video description where we list our gear). It did help that this family spoke loudly. LOL

This particular film is not a same day edit. This is one of our longer films, and our delivery time is anywhere from 2-6 months depending on how heavy our workload is at any given time.
