- Miniature Dachshund First Time In A Big City, the big city of York! Will the Vikings welcome a 4 month old miniature dachshund 👀
Poppy is a 4 month old dapple miniature dachshund. The miniature dachshund is a small hound dog breed from Germany with either a short, wirehaired, or longhaired coat and a long, low body.
York is a walled city in northeast England that was founded by the ancient Romans. Its huge 13th-century Gothic cathedral, York Minster, has medieval stained glass and 2 functioning bell towers. The City Walls form a walkway on both sides of the River Ouse. The Monk Bar gate houses an exhibition tracing the life of 15th-century Plantagenet King Richard III.

This was a wonderful trip! Another beautiful and OLD place you've brought us. Sweet Poppy, I hope it gets easier for her, maybe one of those pet strollers would work? Make it a smoother trip? Not sure, just thought about it as Poppy bounced in the carrier which is very difficult to make for a smooth ride. Rob you made me laugh so much, Collette is talking and giving directions from a sign and your camera follows a bus! 😂😂 You two always make me laugh, and Poppy is an instant smile! Thank you for today, very much appreciate the journeys!

Hi Guys , I have loved York since I first went when I was a child in the 70s,so glad you have done it . I’ve been hundreds of times and there is always something new to see. Yorvic centre is brilliant. The little alleys between the streets are called “Snickleways”

York is a lovely place. I haven't been for years though. I couldn't have walked along that wall with that sheer drop though. I would have been crawling along it lol! I hope Poppy gets used to crowds soon!

Wonderful rainy day, but you made it through the city 🏙️ of York. What a beautiful place to visit. If I had the money I would definitely come there. I don’t know how much plane ✈️ tickets are, but I’m sure plenty! Have afantastic weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜

Poor Poppy didn't enjoy York St all. I'm guessing she is a daddies girl as she seemed to be looking at Rob all the time when she was crying hoping to get a daddy cuddle lol 😊
😂 it’s mad. I didn’t even want this dog but for some reason she’s latched on to me 😂🐶
If you go to York again it's cheaper to use the Park & Ride. We use the one at Micklegate and stop at the Premier Inn just over the bridge. It's just around the corner off the A59.
