Growing up I used to cast live bait out like that all the time no w weight I would just hook them around the dorsal. its as natural as you can get a bait out there you just need the right conditions to get the line out far enough. I always fry and cook fish skin and all and usually whole specially fried the skin crisps I just give it 2 or 3 slices so it cooks through (Caribbean style) Good video
