Ragnarok Origin (Mobile) stuck at 100% and 0% loading

sometimes when i start the game i never get to pick my character because it gets stuck at 100% loading (before click to start with air globe background)
and very often after choosing my character it stays at 0% loading screen or even while playing when map switching.
this bug ia annoying. how to fix it?
