Unrelated to this video, I watched another channel's playthrough of a game you've broadcast a few times. I won't be more specific on the game, as I don't want to openly criticise them, but it struck me the contrast between them, and how you run playthroughs here.
Yours are very much more aware that the online audience are the focus, rather than the 'table banter of friends' or simply playing one's own game / optimising, so that even when you guys are joking with each other, or deliberating a move, each of you manages to do so in the manner of an actor doing an 'aside' / narrating to the audience... and if it ever needs explaining / clarifying, you as the host will step in to ensure the audience have the required insight. It really does help get a feel for game.
So a big 👍 to both you and those that join you on the videos.
That’s really kind of you to say. I (& we) work hard ensuring the streams are entertaining, but the focus is the game. Always great to hear that we are hitting the mark. Thank you!
Was great to see you and Jess at GoF !
Great chat. Thanks for doing this one.
Thanks! I think Edward was good too though ;)
