Been a Toyota guy for over 30 years, My 2006 Tundra TRD has clocked over 275k and still rolling, Last year we purchased a 2023 Tundra Limited, My wife has had nothing but Toyota and Lexus During this same time period never once has Toyota left us out to dry. I can count on one finger, The one that had the problems Was My Wifes made in Japan Lexus GS. Nothing but a faulty sensor no big deal.
I'm Telling this story because the sky is not falling, Toyota hasn't even come out with a fix Yet,
Let's wait and see what this outcome will be, until then all we are is speculating what may or may not happen. I'm glad people are not falling for the panic,
Oh by the way Zero Issues with my new Tundra as well.

@@TundraDude34 There were only a handful of new model tundras since the release of the 2022. They were flying off the dealer lots as soon as they arrived. The inventory started to pile up around December 23 January 24. Lots have been full for months. Awesome variety. I even test drove a limited 2023 in like February this year and was blown away by how nice they drive. In comparison to my 2020 SR5 4x4 the new tundra drivers like a friggin Lincoln Town Car, sooo smooth, fast, sharp and more refined. Just everything about it was amazing. I was ready to trade but the dealer was in no hurry to negotiate. It was like an itch, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Fast forward two months and I started hearing about mechanical issues, not much just here and there but then like a drip drip drip and flood of bad news. Toyota trucks are all the most reliable, all around the globe. Except in America where ridiculous and useless epa regulations make engine manufacture meet demands that don’t amount to a fly on an elephants ass.

Recall isn't good no matter how it's spun.. Wait til 2025. Hopefully they'll change that grill, add tow hooks, and the other misses.

You can look at it that way, but you also have to look at June year to year. This June number is the best June number since 2007. And its also 33% higher than June 2023. Also, people were expecting a massive fall off with the recall for this number, and I wouldn’t call 13,003 a “massive fall off”. We will keep watching month to month

I don’t necessarily think its a troll situation. There is so much doom and gloom and misinformation out there these days, people don’t know what to believe. Seems like people prefer negative over factual numbers 🤷🏼‍♂️

@@TundraDude34 Mark if you really dig into it and get the facts it’s a lot of misinformation and fake news. Guys like you and a few other report factual information, good or bad, but unfortunately snake oil salesmen like untamed are posting fake news and strictly hate videos on Toyota and this situation and unfortunately the people who could not afford a third gen. Tundra went bitter from day one and now due to the recall there has been this cult following with jerks like samko and untamed, and there about 10 other CZcams snake oil salesmen who have literally brainwashed people to hate Toyota because its getting them views. That is a fact !
      Again facts :
      1) 825 warrantied trucks out of 413,500 sold. Pretty good odds.
      2) The Tundra is on pace to possibly out sell 2007.
