Im sorry but elf lip oil is overhyped lip oils are supposed to hydrate but after i apply the elf lip oil mg lips get very dry and its extremely sticky as well 2/10 would not recommend

Honestly the rare beauty lip oil isn’t really a lip oil. To me it’s more of a lip tint so putting it at ten feels fair even though I really like the product
