- What an amazing journey! I’m so grateful to God for this step in my career. I have learned so much and I have had so much fun. I’ve received thousands of hugs and kisses and had several Dream Come True moments. I am so excited to move on to what’s next for me. I was a little bummed at first when I was told that creatively they didn’t know what to do with my story line and they wanted to spend their budget increasing other people’s storylines but I appreciated their honesty. Everyone has told me how much they love me and showered me with so much encouragement. Y&R is still my family forever and I have no bitterness towards them at all! Plus I’ve learned that certain no’s are an even bigger yes somewhere else. I’m grateful for every storyline I participated in and every song I got to sing. How cool that I got to sing and act on TV. All I wanted when I left Broadway was for my grandparents to be able to turn on the TV and see me without having to travel to support me as they are getting older. I got exactly that. Thanks God. I’m so excited for what’s next. 💙💚

You were the reason I started watching the show. I saw you and you reminded me of a Barbie I had growing up . I loved your character and disappointed to see you go.
This is so wrong! Y&R has a history of issues handling black talent and I have to wonder if this is more of the same. You are the only twentysomething that wasn't at least chemistry tested with someone. Baffling they'd take such a strong talent with social media presence (which is everything these days) and barely use you. At least I can rest easy knowing you're a star and will land on your feet! I hope you enjoy all the love from fans. They are fools for not recognizing your talent.
Why are so many comments being made about BLACK? Racism is destroying the world and MUST STOP. AND who said the show let her go. She did NOT say she was let go. She has other things cooking and is probably leaving to do other things.

And when people say they still have Nate, that’s a little off too because that is only ONE person brown toned that u can mention vs the how many whites? Hey We still have Devon and Elena but that means there are 3 black people on the show vs the many many white people. That’s a fact. It’s not racist to address that because it’s literally what it is. No one is saying anything inappropriate. Also nd mentioning that I’m black. I'm very upset with y and r so they said creatively they did not know what to do with her lies there are a million things they could have done with her like pair her up with fenmore and he go back to drugs and Anna helps him through it etc honestly they don't know how to treat their black actors and actresses .
