- For the 3rd stop on my 2019 summer restaurant challenge tour, I take on a massive 5lb chili dog that was featured on Man Vs Food at Parker's Hot Dog's of Santa Cruz in Roseville, California. I had 20 minutes to eat this massive chili dog to get the meal for free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on their wall of fame. This one was a HOT HOT challenge. But a HUGE thank you to Parker's Hot Dogs for being so awesome and accommodating while they were busy!

Sweetie the minute you finished this I subscribed. I woulda made it through one of those hot dogs and a handful of Fry's and that would have been a struggle. You certainly earned bragging rights and I am extremely impressed.
How do you stay so fit after doing so many challenges, most of the "eat" shows I've seen the person/people don't look as healthy as you do, you look like you go to the gym every day cute too ;-P

You can tell the man behind her is a dad his dad instincts were kicking in. You can tell he’s a great dad. You did an awesome job even though they were barely paying attention to you when you needed things.

Her noticing the timer wasn’t going broke my heart. Having to do a timed challenge would give me so much anxiety, especially without knowing how much time I have left.

Include some Metamucil and pepto in that care package

Haha, thanks a lot Mac! That fella had a lot of fun trolling everyone in the shop with that challenge. People were ordering regular chili dogs and he was like trying to hand them my platter and they all looked mortified! Great environment to eat in and an awesome crowd!

After working a 13 hour shift as a store manager at a very hectic location....can I just say that it is always relaxing and fun to come home and see a new video from lovely Katina! That dude behind really was adorable, he was worried for you lol!

I can't believe he didn't tell you your timer didn't start! Both times!! Great job on the challenge. The 7lb burrito I ate had the same effect on me. It was a little too hot when I started, and with the AZ weather, I was sweating through the whole thing. It's hard to push through when your body is overheating, but you killed it!
Haha, yeaaa - no biggie though! The shop was pretty busy so I'm sure he was a bit distracted. But daaang yea that would be rough to eat a burrito (especially if spicy) in the heat. Its like the body just wants to cool down.

I noticed that too. I hate paper liners for that exact reason. Wet food and thin paper liners don’t mix!
