Asaf Avidan is by no means under-rated. He is rated very highly by those that know his music and sells out concerts in various parts of Europe and I would presume back home in Israel. It is true that in some place very few have heard of him, because most people hear their music through mainstream media such as the radio. The internet/CZcams, word of mouth will change all that in time if enough people like what they hear when they do get to hear it. Believe it or not many people will not like it when they do hear it. Such is life. What's important is that you, I, us do love it. Let's not worry about the others.

Joli clip avec de belles images mais je n'ai rien compris. Il y a peut-être du sens.... Moi, je nage encore dans des clips comme Sigur Rós surtout Fjögur píanó. ça, c'est poétique, esthétique et parlant ! Je suis dur mais l'esthétisme ne fait pas tout.
Kann jemand meiner kleinen Brillenschlange helfen? Meine Hände zittern, meine Zahnschmerzen bringen mich irgendwann um, und ich weiß nicht, wie viele Rotzfahnen ich noch schwenken und verbrennen soll, bevor jemand einen fahren oder ziehen lassen würde. Wenn ich mich erst beruhige, schwahnt mir unter Umständen, dass ich wohl oder unübel nicht einmal mehr weiß, ob es nun Papier oder Papyrus heißt, welches ich nicht lesen oder schreiben kann. Und zwei auf einmal flachzulegen, hat mir erst recht noch nie etwas gegönnt. Oder umgekehrt...? Jule Rob, Rob Red und Pitt Brett vielleicht? Einfach zu blöde, das schlüpfrige kleine Scheißerchen in meinem bösen Stinkefinger. Es braucht sich also kein Brummifahrer zu wundern, wenn irgendwo einer "Hände hoch" ruft und alle zucken. Und kann sich jemand erklären, wieso mir Mammma heute beim Versuch zu tanzen klingelnd und mit zwei Packungen Katzenzungen in nur einer Hand erleichtert erschien und darüber hinaus wedelnd feststelllte, dass ich erfreulich gut ausschau'...? - Von der anschließenden und gutkleidenden Fliege auf meinem letzten Brot aus Sauerteig erzähl' ich vielleicht später. Oder danach, wenn alles, was jemals gesagt wurde, zur Lüge werden zu scheint. Ich schiebe jedenfalls so schnell keine Nummern mehr - es sei denn, es bettelt mich jemand auf Knien d'rum und bezahlt mich nicht dafür. Pasta
