Emergency Driving Stop System in Toyota Yaris Cross 2024 Hybrid HEV real-life review (EDSS)

The new 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid (HEV) is equipped with Emergency Driving Stop System (EDSS), as a part of Toyota Safety Systems (T-Mate). This system is able to support the driver, should they be taken ill or incapacitated. If it detects the driver has made no inputs - steering, braking, accelerating - for a certain amount of time, it will sound a warning.
