Red Five standing by... - Zábava
In actuality Filoni was probably just like, Wolves are grey. We should make the wolf pack grey.
well wolves are red too not just grey.
No
@@finecanine376 Gray wolves are more common, and more recognized
Maybe the red wolves was a reference to the splinter group of the NWO, the Wolf Pack
Fun fact, the Wolf Pack are Grey and so are the Space Wolves from 40k that predate them.
Ahh… yet another tragic story about the clones we love. Tell me, Filoni, is there a clone trooper that didn’t experience something tragic?
Probably not since they're soldiers.....
War is a tragedy
Bro wants clones to be on a vacation 💀
@@LaloSalamancaGaming69 I meant the very least the empire could’ve done is given them an all expenses paid trip to scariff
Well I mean Rex got a happy ending
Fun fact: the wolf pack was so loyal to plo that Palpatine feared they would resist order 66 so he made sure they weren't together during it
I'm not entirely sure about that. If the clones were able to bond that strongly to resist Order 66, then Bly and the 327th would have never gunned down Aayla Secura, 332nd Company and ESPECIALLY Rex and Jesse wouldn't have succumbed to the chips against Ahsoka, and so on.
If that's something from Legends where the clones didn't have chips, it'd make a little more sense but would be non-canon. If that's an actual canon thing though, I guess they must've forgotten a few things when writing that.
Thats cool. Plo koon is my favorite jedi
@@masonthomas2583 If you pay attention to captain Rex he was resisting it for a few seconds
@@spv4711 cool but canon wise even special clones couldn’t resist it when it activated fully
@@spv4711
But still lost to its control, which is my point. One of if not THE most attached clones to a Jedi could only resist the chip for seconds before losing to it, if resist it at all.
They also had an intermittent time (seen in only a few episodes) where the Wolf pack was in a sandy blue (near grey) color. The sandy blue was said to be mourning, which is why they immediately changed it from red/maroon and kept it for a while. After their period of morning was over, they switched to the Grey, which meant remembrance.
That’s cool af
Mandalorians (in legends) have meanings for their colors, and this seems to be very similar
Idk if its the lighting or what but i went and checked. You are indeed correct about the mourning period. That is so sad. Id be interested in more stories with Wolffe and his men pre Malevolence discovery. Even if its in just in the comics.
This comment should be pinned so others can see and learn.
Thousandth like :p
Or maybe the shock troopers where like “Noooo! That’s my paint scheme”
they copyright striked the Wolfies
No the shock troopers had a brighter color
Fox: “Don’t make me get a lawyer, Wolffe!”
A bitch move characteristic of Fox
@@Jedi-Dell Fox would totally send Wolfe a cease and desist
I’ve never actually thought about the fact those 3 clones were literally the only survivors from their entire battalion that’s messed up
Plo koon is easily one of the coolest Jedi. He can breath in space, he has force judgement, and he originally had an orange lightsaber but not it’s blue.
He also has a light blue lightsaber rather than the other normal blue, coolest lightsaber imo
Also could do Force lightning without fslling to the Dark Side.
If he survived Order 66, Vader and Palpatine would have no chance.
... I actually never noticed their color change in the show! Thank you for pointing this out.
I thought it was just the lighting
It was also blueish grey before being fully grey.
Plo Koon's response to the 3 clones putting him before themselves always sticks with me.
" We are clones we're meant to be expendable!"
"Not to me"
plo is the best of the jedi
@@user-lr3oh4wx4dI wish we could hear of qui gon and plo talking to each other for a while honestly
They also had a bluish grey before going solid grey. One thing that’s not mentioned anywhere is how Comet survives because he was around during the maroon era
Comet was with a detachment of the 104th on another mission at the time.
it took me
years
to realize that officer in episode two (wasn't wolf a LT there?) WAS FUCKING WOLF
i had no idea until i rewatched that episode maybe last year
even they were planning an amazing story in the first season
I only knew that originally because I had a clone wars encyclopaedia. You don’t associate him with Wolffe because he still has both eyes
I always wondered why they were red
Because they're Plo's Bros
wolf pack is by far the coolest visually and most interesting unit in the clone wars hands down no question about it
I thought it was cause Wolves are Grey. And that they always had that Colour! 🤣🤣🤣👏🏻
I saw it more as Mandalorian culture seeping into clone culture with the tradition of painting their armor gray for morning.
God damn some of these clone stories remind me a lot of the Horus heresy
Horus Heresy was crazy
@@johnwayne6047 legit like in both cases it’s like “AHA I TRAPPED YOU NOW I DECIMATE YOUR ENTIRE FLEET AND ALL YOUR BROTHERS AND LEAVE YOU TO DIE IN THE COLD DARK VACUUM OF SPACE”
@@internetperson573 True that but I would rather some droids cut my pod open and let me die in the vacuum of space then me being some lone guardsman in a pod being discovered by a Chaos Chapter like Emperor forbid THE DAM EMPERORS CHILDREN AND THE REST IS FILL IN THE BLANK
this is one of my favorite episodes.
What ever happened to Boost and Sinker? Seeing as people obsessively followed waxer and boil or Fives and Echo
Well, it doesn’t *say* anywhere they died.
@@Commander_AppoYou know what’s funny. I didn’t even see the notification saying you answered. I managed to stumble upon the SAME short randomly 6 months later and saw my own comment with a reply that I don’t remember getting.
@@adamallen7070 thats happened to me before too
Makes sense
That episode scared the shit out of me back in the day
" We're only clones we're sir we're meant to be expendable"
Not to me
Damn only four survived for the entire Wolfpack
there were others who werent present at the battle
A day I’ll never forget
The 104th and Plo Kloon have always been my favorite. I hope Disney decides to show that Plo Kloon survived. We never saw him die.
He was shot out of the sky and crashed into a tower engulfed in flames when Order 66 was given in RotS.
@@MrChaosOK Still could have lived.
PLO loon was originally supposed to be the Jedi that saved man so I’m season 4 instead of Luke meaning plo look probably survived
Brother he died
I'm convinced if plo Koon was as fleshed out in the films as he was in the show his death would have been much different.
I thought it was going to be PTSD from being stranded over a blood red planet, but this is way more tame
this is one of the reasons why Wolffe and his Wolfpack are my favorite battalions in SWCW
I never understood why they didnt just make more malevolance class ships. Im sure theres some explanation, but logically, that ship fucked shit up bruh.
They made more, just none are featured in the clone wars show
@@realkindacringe i just read up on them after seeing this apparently after they destroyed the malevolence, the seperatists decided to just decomission them for some stupid reason 😂
Presumably it was too expensive to create and maintain.
That’s usually the issue with wonder-weapons. For the price it takes to make one, you could make several conventional weapons/ships.
I was thinking they changed their color to grey because Shock troopers were using red.
Does this mean wolves exist in the star wars universe
Well yes
Star Wars Rebels.
Man I love plo and the wolf pack
What everyone remembers about this episode:
“We’re just clones, sir, we’re meant to be expendable” “not to me”
What I remember from this episode:
Ten to twenty thousand people casually dying in the vacuum of space, including Wolffe’s entire fucking battalion.
The red looked so sick as well
Yet another showcase of Mandalorian culture seeping into the clones.
Indeed. The Cuy Val'dar did a good job.

This episode made me cry
one of the earliest episodes
Love this video, my favorite jedu and clonr squad
Clones didn't deserve what they got handed to them
I remember watching this episode when I was like 5, and was like
"WOLFE PACK IS GREY NOT RED!!"
Legitimately cried at this episode
That episode went so hard
First pic on shoulder pad it looks like the apex predator logo from titanfall
Ah yes, the devastatingly effective weapon the good guys destroyed one time and never had to worry about again.
Alternate title: droids committing war crimes
Battle? Nah that shit was a slaughter
I wish we got to see them more in clone wars
The only survivors were Boost, Sinker, Comet and Wolf 🥲
Everyone else of that fleet died
Yep that’s what 7400 times 3 ships now thats a lot of damage
We will take them with us to battle. Shining proud.
We lost to many brothers that day, im glad we took the Sepys out
crazy how entire clone divisions' stories, cultures, and histories are regularly and randomly wiped out because their acclamator or venator was unlucky enough to be destroyed quickly. like in the background of space battles and seeing ships destroyed incredibly quickly, its crazy to think that all of the everything of everyone on them just got wiped out
I always expected something
"the blood is dry, and we're still standing."
I just noticed, next to the malevolence's laser being fired, 2 droids covering their eyes. Just like when the death star's laser was fired
I think this has something with the coruscant guard since they kida used the same red and it could lead to “incidents”.
The guard used a red. The Wolfpack used a maroon.
@@Tommy-tz7hm but still similar
@@Tommy-tz7hm and the fase 1 armor didnt had many customization
Wolf was badass 💪💪💪
Commander Wolffe is just my favorite, and I’m a CIS guy so that’s saying a lot.
Why does it say a lot...
Who tf is a “CIS guy” 😂😂
@@jameshill5458 Center for Intelligence Security guy, I think
@@jameshill5458 A "non-trans" guy, or a guy from the Confederacy of Independent Systems
Weird thing to say
I love how the based the malevolence and the attack against it off the battle of the atlantic.
i remember seing that clonewars episode damn didnt know thats how everything went down
I thought that was just the lighting effect I never knew the color was actual different
I know they’re the wolfpack and stuff so grey, but red would have been good to represent bloodshed for their fallen brothers
PTSD paint job
I just notice that in the scene (at 0:17) there are two droid on the screen that do the same protection movement as the two death star operator when the laser fired on alderann
So Wolffe actually lost his entire legion apart from 2 of his men? No way
Plo does still have a original 104th piece on for most of the clone wars
The wolfpack phase 2 arf troopers bared the red color scheme
Wolffe, Sinker and Boost and three of my favourite clones lol
or maybe they learned what color a wolf was
There are indeed red wolves
Wolffe was one of the best, after that trauma he became a no nonsense commander, if I remember correctly they went from being shock troops to reconnaissance and support, helping civilians and securing supply lines?
That makes sense why they had the grey armor
BRO I JUST WATCHED THAT EPISODE LIKE 20 MINS AGO 💀
The battle of Obrigado
Due to the red tone on the episode i dint notice the armor color was different
I LOVE 104 :)
i always wondered what colour their armour was in the malevolence episodes, it looked red but i thought it was from the hue of the planet. ig not
Dang I never knew that…
Plo's bros 😭
Commander waffle.
His armor used to be a blueish color when the rest had Brown, then it changed to gray and he eventually changed his pattern while keeping the gray
Also they had to make room for Coruscant Guard
Or in simpler words filoni realized that literally every legion was maroon so he changed the 104th and the 65th
Rip to the fallen clones 😢
Good thing they had the first generation armor, otherwise they would've been screwed.
And wolves are known to mourn they're fallen members
The Wolfpack? Sounds familiar
IN THEIR OWN TRACK
CAME THE WOLFPACK
GLEAVES LED THE CONVOY INTO THE HORNETS NEST
Anyone else realise that grey is what mandalorians colour their armour when mourning a lost love eg a brother as well.
Also wolf got his face scar from ventress
Damn🍷🗿
Let’s take a moment and remember my fallen legion 🫡
The red planet's light kinda hid the maroon color
What about R2? He was with Anakin and Ashoka. He was part of the rescue crew
Jeez, imagine being in a battalion of like nearly over 250 clones and then in just one battle(if you can call it that) you and two others are the only survivors
Wish we had more episodes of the wolf pack some action ones such a shame
My friend calls him wolfy
red wolves are actually red though its interesting seeing how the 104th got there iconic armor
Grey means mourning in mandalorian colours.
Wanna see what happened to boost and sinker tbh.
Even though it is a tragic story, but Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?
Kinda Like how to Mandalorian change the color of their armor
❤
I don’t mind a bit of star wars
But they were already gray during that battle 😂
