I think crit Kayle is way better than ap especially with PD although you dont get 1000dmg ulti your mane dmg source is AA's... Crit Kayle is snowball faster, farm faster deals much more dps and can be outscaled by ap only on like 5-6 items. I feel like only good item on ap Kayle is nashors it's the only thing why ap Kayle is valid
Kayle just onehits everybody on 3 items level 16 anyways but you have more options on what to build when you go AP.
