Same here mate. 41 and counting.. Never ever padded up in 25 years of skateboarding but after a few encounters with Mother Earth I also invested in keeping that body together. Now I never ride without full gear setup. Keep sharing & never surrenderrr!!! 🤙

Great advice! Gearing up and riding within your personal limits definitely keeps you healthy and riding. I don't come from a skateboarding background, but I feel like Onewheeling is a natural progression for those aging skaters. It's such a good feeling joining a group ride with all ages, and for the most part keeping up with each other. Oh and love my FP insoles too! Totally unlocks your shoe selection since it adds so much shock absorption and comfort.

I am using handprotection and helmet… Done some crashes wich gave some hurt and blood. Not taking so big risks and drive more carefully
