This music video and song is his true story. These are all experiences he has had. We previously only had knowledge of his accident (he used to be a delivery boy during his trainee years when he had the accident. Which he then didn’t mention to anyone as he was worried he might be dropped as a trainee. When he finally did inform the company, their reaction could not have been further from his worries. They treated him well). I think he is okay now. This album comes from a place of healing in contrast to his previous mixtapes which came from a place of rage.
Amygdala is actually part of brain which is responsible for trauma storing and giving fight or flight response. In my interpretation the wall-less room is his amygdala where he is stuck reliving his traumatic experiences.

We actually also had an idea about his mom's heart problem due to their song move from hyyh
We did know his problems with mental health (depression, OCD, and social anxiety) through two of his songs but that really is it (until now). The two songs are The Last and First Love.
These types of trauma made him who he is. Lately, Suga seems more talkative, smiling, relaxed, sociable -- it shows me that he is coming to terms with his pain and suffering and his coming out of his shell. Thank you, Suga.
The amygdala is the part of the brain that responds to shocks, strong stimuli and triggers emotional responses most notably fear, anxiety and activates our defense mechanism (increase heart beat rate, makes us dodge something coming our way, escape when we feel in danger) which is essential for our survival, without the "conscious" part of our brain to even process and identify the source of the threat.

Yes, he's telling us his story, and sharing his trauma and pain with us. the beautiful part is he has said that he has healed from a lot of the pain. And he's learned to accept it as part of who he is.

Yes this is his true story when he was starting out in bts and his shoulder accident he couldn't tell the company because he thought they would put him out of bts... It's really sad 😢.. He also suffer from anxiety and depression... But he is a good guy and he went through so much struggles.... 🎉

His suixide attempt,accident he had to hide from BigHit then ended up pushing hisself for YEARS on stage & needing surgery on his shoulder (its why he won't be doing regular military service like other members but 2 years in the public sector) & his mom & dad's illness are all TRUE STORY 😭 this video breaks my heart yo esp at the end when he is crawling to the door & the other him I'd fighting to open the door on other side & save him but cant💔 hurts my soul ..like ALL NTS music it's art & comes from their livrs,heart & soul...this here is why he has never been afraid to & has always spoke up about mental illness & pain when others wouldnt🥺 these 7 boys must be protected AT ALL COSTS YO 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Unfortunately for Yoon-gi it's real😢
It is through his naming all his feelings - feeling all the pain from his hard life that he has been able to come out the other side - like a lotus coming up pure and white from the mud at the bottom of the water. He had to dig into his amygdala - the fear and fight or flight center of the brain - to get purge himself of the pain, and finally be at peace. such a beautiful song to represent his transformation. I am in such awe of his transparency, his courage, his devotion to his own mental health. and those vocals.... so healing....
