It was week 0, they both played terribly. Nobody could tackle or block correctly.

So overrated as a play caller. All I hear is “foot-race”, “in the clear”, “burst of speed”, “across the middle”, etc when I watch his games. His calls are trying too hard to be great, or cheesy, or just flat-out stupid
Samuel Haskins he says the same thing every game. And when it’s not the same, it’s terrible like “SAQUON BARKLEY!!! SAY BYE BYE!!!” Or he refers to “the growing legacy of Bo Nix” is his first every college game after a terrible throw that the receiver made the play on

It seems I'm against popular opinion, I'm seeing a lot love for Gus Johnson here, and I just don't get it. He was great for college basketball, but football he's just too hyper. I dont need to hear a guy screaming over a 3 yard run. On a big play he's great but just getting a yard or two on first down doesn't need to be that dramatic lol
