Is there a way to get the widgets to display the “name/title” as you save it under on the widget app?
It looks so good but it’s hard to muster then effort to get it done!
It is a lot of work. So I won’t be changing mine very often. Probably takes me so long because I make all the icons and widgets instead of purchasing a pack. I’ve changed mine three times in the last week and yes, lots of work😛😜

Hi! How do you stop the app from showing up in your little bar at the bottom of your phone? I made all the shortcuts but when I open it, the original app cover pops up in the bar after I’ve used it
I love this idea but I do have one question. I bought the same pack of icons you got but I am not sure how to see them/get them into an album so I can put them on my apps and are they supposed to automatically go to a board it’s really confusing. Thanks anyways!!!!

Nice job you did! On video and home screen, but I have to ask.. the little delay there is when opening app that you’ve customized, does it ever get to you? I had my home screen customized real nice but the delay got to me and so I just did away with it altogether. But seeing how nice it looks make me want to start it all over again🙃
Yes it drives everyone nuts I wish Apple would omit that
Same! I made mine look all nice, but my anxiety got the best of me and I couldn’t with the delay. So I got rid of it :/

From what I’ve researched getting notification badges on custom app icons is not possible 😢

There was just an update that made it a top banner rather then a whole screen. Wish they would eliminate it all together
Mine keeps popping up a notification every time I open the app. So if I open my messages a notification pops up saying “shortcut made for messages,” EVERY SINGLE TIME, does anyone know how to get rid of this? I’m also having a hard time with the apps over linking? So if I open “messages” and then open “Etsy” it all opens up as the same app. I’m doing exactly what the video is showing. Anyone experienced this?

Ok so try changing your wallpaper. It looks like the phone automatically changes the font color according to what wallpaper you have.

That’s the only “downside” however the notifications stress me out so I like that they aren’t visual anymore haha my phone used to look like it had chickenpox bhahaha

Just delete all the shortcut icons and move the icons from your back page all back to where you want them. If it was me I would probably do one icon at a time so I knew what I had where on my screens 😊

The only issue is that the little bubbles in the corners that show notifications don’t show up…

I might have done something wrong but... every time I open an app it takes me to the AppStore instead of the app. Do you know how to fix this?
Ya I do delete the bookmarks and do what she did an and never click AppStore u can when u r fixing it

You can go to accessibility and the will a button called reduce motion it should stop it from going to shortcuts xx
@@sash15 what are the other “side effects” of reducing that motion settings?
@@superseiyan I guess it will make it run slower but apple already made an update ages ago that makes it automatically go to the app so you won’t need to reduce motion anymore.

Hello! First, thanks for this video! Second, do you still get notifications on your home screen? I replaced the little icons and now theres no little "bubble" to show how many emails or texts I have or If I have any at all? Do you know of any solution?

Does the alerts not show when you receive a text msg/snap ? Mine are not. Also, when I click on an app - is there a way to not have “ ___ shortcuts” appear at the top of the screen ?
I am having that same issue with the "shortcuts" appearing at the top of the screen as a banner but not having any issues with notifications of messages. Have you tried changing your settings for text message notifications?

No notifications are seen
Notifications don’t show up (which I love because my notifications stress me out haha) and there is currently now way to omit the shortcuts part but I feel Apple will be working on it since it annoys most.

This is good info. It’s hard to see what you are “clicking” on during the instruction. Please stop fooling with your hair. It made it hard to watch and distracting. Hair looks great but pin it if you have to keep pushing it away from your face during a tutorial. 👍🏻
