Liver you can get used to if you like foie gras, whether with duck, pork, chicken livers. Even liver spreads over toasted bread and butter in the morning! 😊

Hi guys, great vid :) You should also try to go in Pradit Manutham Rd, Lat Phrao, very pop for locals, Fah knows it for sure, a bit outside tourist area, great spots, bars, restaurant with live music like B-Story, 76 garage, Karaoke city, SAB indy, Davin cafe and lot more. No BTS at moment, anyway easy to get there by taxi. Cheers guys ;)

As a Westcoaster Canadian from Vancouver living in Thailand for a couple of years I really notice the different accent of the Eastcoast of Adam and Chris. Not as harsh as Newfie but definitely different than the West😢
it's similar to having an open head wound.
Its lesser east more so toward midwest. Definitely farcry from New foundland, closer to Wisconsin or Minnesota accent as they're from Ontario. Likely western part of Ontario.

Love eating liver, it’s best when you grill it and leave it medium not well done. But you can not eat it every day because it has so much iron vitamin that eating it too much is not healthy.
Cilantro and coriander are the same thing. I know Chris was making a little joke about it but so many people get confused about it.

Southern Thia food more fish based and more chilli where as Northern part more Burmese influences as well as Chinese its lot less chilli and fish based but more pork and herbs

Grilled liver with spicy sauce and sticky rice is sooooooo gooood.
I hate liver in any way shape or form, but my mother loves it. 😂😂😂 So I would probably never order something like that.

It's cilantro. It's used to put in a lot of Thai dishes to make food more tasty and smell more appetizing. You have to be careful with mackerel tom yum soup because there is bone. Thais don't remove the fish bone before cooking.

In my understand this word ท้องถิ่น means country or province but If this word "local area means area which people well-know everything this area = เจ้าถิ่น or คนในพื้นที่ .... Umm Bangkok is city and not use ท้องถิ่น means country or province.( In Bangkok has river middle between two lands that name is Chawpraya river and two lands middle between river has name Pranakorn land and Thonburi land.)
