Love this! But you should go back when the trees are leafed out because this neighborhood has one of the nicest tree canopies in the metro area. There is so much shade that it feels cool on a hot, sunny day. Not to mention it's beautiful!

The St. Anthony Park neighborhood is divided into north and south. They're divided by the Raymond Ave bridge over the railroad tracks. Both "sub-neighborhoods" have their charm. South St. Anthony is probably more affordable and has a more industrial type of middle-class feel to it. More artists live there, and the Hampden Park Co-op is a nice food store. North St. Anthony is more village-y and green, and is a very sought-after place for urban families. Both neighborhoods are really sort of sequestered from the two cities which adds to their appeal, but are by no means inaccessible.

I live close
