These lanes are not connected to each other in anyway, this should be impossible... Its why I took the video of it. - - - solved, solution in comments - - -
The issue was caused by a faulty control board..... Lane 3 recall operation was triggered anytime one of the other lanes ran, apparently the blower signal cable was picking up interference from the other lanes cabling.
