- I finally finished (for now) my @harleydavidson Cholo Style / Vicla Heritage Softail Classic. We bought this bike brand new, and other than the chrome forks no one else as ever worked on it. This has been a long time coming, but she's done and ready for Daytona in a few weeks. Thanks again to @Advanblack for the custom painted tins and custom stretched rear fender. If there is enough demand maybe it will go into production!

Never really liked the Vicla style, but for some reason (maybe getting older) I really falling in love with the style. Admire the work guys put into them. Your Vicla looks great.
I love the wheels amd little brass accents. It matches the color so well. I gotta admit i'm a little jealous right now lol

The fuel line under the tank, get a couple of plastic clips to squeze, then just cut it between and remove tank. Remove one clip to let tank drain into chosen container. (Put new fuel line for crossover on new tank, they're cheap anyway) About the floater, there's a "click" thingy/system to help make the process easier to remove/install in tank. Floater goes "sideways" before you click it back into place once installed. Think "Doc Harley" has a good video on this, I forget. Fingers crossed my English didn't mess up this explanation 😅
Bike looks good, guessing the paint looks ten times better than camera shows. Hope you got the sexy "big flakes" in the paint 😁
If you look closely at the video, you'll see that he has a stainless line with flare fittings connecting the two sides of the tank. I would not recommend cutting that. :)
@@johnb2802 I can't see how Mr. Monkey would be able to read my comment before finishing the video. Most people don't get a braided crossover line if they do their own work, my description was meant for viewers who might be looking for a how-to. 🤷♂️

Dude, that Vicla is amazing. You have convinced me to do the same to my 2001 Heritage Classic. Just picked up my cam chain tensioners today at Falcon's Fury in Conyers, GA. Almost 38,000 mi. on it. Good thing I looked. Whew! Love this bike. It's what Harley calls "Suede Green and Black". Only 138 made in the USA. 253 worldwide in that color. Something like that. But, man those tall skinny tires and fenders and fat spokes... breathtaking. Probably have to go back to work to supplement my disability check. Great job! That bike deserves to be in a magazine. I know what I'll be dreaming about tonight. Damn you, Monkey. See what you've done?

Absolutely gorgeous, I just got into motorcycles last summer I got a sportster for my first bike, everyone says man why you buy a sporty, well it’s my first street bike and I wanted to get comfortable with ridding on the street, my buddy sold it to me,the price I payed for it I couldn’t go wrong for my first bike,he also has a 2015 Heritage unfortunately he has medical issues and lost his C D Ls, and moter cycle endorsements, he’s giving me a chance to buy it from him, my goal is to make it a cholo bike ,your videos give me so much inspiration and motivation keep up the awesome vids 🤙🏼👍🏼

The bike is stunning the pipes are the perfect length and the tins just unbelievably beautiful. It is a great bar hopper but throw the bags on and go a 700 mile trip.
