How, saved/real estate/age!? How old are you. I'm in my mid 20's and my brothers and I have chipped in a House in a great place for real estate and plan on chipping into a multi unit home/etc. One day I plan on moving to Florida like these folks and what a futuristic tiny home, with a hybrid/ or electric car, and a robot lawn mower as well as a 2-4 acre property, just enough for riding a couple horses!! One day. I want to live the eco friendly life, and get around with a Golf Cart here and their. Also collect the rainwater and reuse that for the horses or water for the house. Also I'm only having one sink... and the only devices I'm have is a Laptop/Phone, fun flying things, and a tablet of some type. That's about it, no TV!? and an LG Fridge. Small House! under 300sqft, with them water tanks besides me. I'll also keep the horses outside, so all they need is a paddock and that's it!! In the paddock will be a closet with all the tools I need and saddle... etc. What ya think!? I plan on spending less than 500,000 for a living space like that at either 50 years old or 45. Hopefully 45! Also I hope to be in a decent area!!
