- Tricky Treat has all sorts of tricks up its sleeve... see what I did there?
Ever since my last Freezerator TAS, the Noise has been cracked wide open by speedrunners and not only has the ability to gain speed out of thin air from walls, but can also do the most glitchy movement ever seen in the game's history to go over 3 times beyond the normal speed cap!
DISCLAIMER: This is not a 100% optimized TAS, but it is close enough where I'm happy to upload it. There may be improvements made in the future, so stick around! - Hry

ok so i'm now back from my birthday vacation!
college is starting up so videos won't be quite as frequent as before, but i promise that i got a big tutorial in the works, with the help of unrestricted WR holder impossablank and wasteyard extraordinaire valdav, so look forward to that in the near future!

It's probably worth mentioning that schwoosts are not exclusive to rails as the video implies, that's simply where they're most effective. They can be done at any time given the right conditions (as shown before the erics at 0:51)

both would be kinda redundant, as neither have many (if any) viable applications in real-time runs anymore and are pretty much exclusively tas-only

i have a questions how do you get those keys on the screen of some of your tutorials
i use an obs plugin called "Input overlay". my friend nova, who has drawn some thumbnails for me before, also drew the overlay image file that i use but you can find the standard overlay image file with key/button presets in the resources tab on pizza tower's speedrun.com page

Also would you like to introduce what Eric is in particular? Like, how to perform it?
erics are a series of three frame perfect inputs and, since pop-up being patched out, there are currently no human viable setups for it, so making an eric tutorial would be kind of stupid unless we find an easier way to perform them again in my opinion

yes i use libtas, you can either set it up using a linux virtual machine or windows subsystem for linux. both have guides on the libtas website and i think there is a pretty good libtas tutorial out there on youtube somewhere

You can change your date on pc meaning you can play halloween content any time you want. Keep in mind that while you can still have internet access ( therefore allowing you to get achievements ), some things might work a little weird

its a timed event, so if you change your pc's date/time settings to late october then you can easily access it

I imagine in like a few years people will start trying to do perfect speed runs as good as tas.
people are never replicating shit like this in realtime, alot of the really fast stuff here is reliant on multiple series of frame perfect inputs

I recommend doing a tutorial on leaving the level with skipping the ending cutscene
as i said in a reply to an another comment of yours, that is now slower due to newer timing methods used since the halloween update, ive had to make a desperate plea in a community post to stop people from doing it or trying to do it

@@ZombieConnects3 its still possible and pretty easy but it is objectively slower than just viewing the results screen as normal, as the game's timer (which was adopted as the timing standard in late october) pauses during the results screen
