Stretched res adds more delay than just using native because your monitor/GPU is having to apply a scaling method to fit the res to your display. It's not worth it. Use your native aspect ratio (usually 16:9) and stick with the resolutions in that aspect ratio (720p, 900p or 1080p).

I think he uses it because it gives him the ability to use streched res.
stretched res isn't worth it imo cus it only gives like 20 more fps but removes I think 20-30% of your fov. if you need more fps then have a look into overclocking your gpu or some other cmd tweaks like Chris Titus tech optimizations

gpu scaling is a bit more complex but gives way less delay i think jerian had i tutorial about it back in late chapter 3 but its still updated

a dma is a hardware configured cheat, there's no detection, you just insert it and it works like a charm, there's no "separate computer"
