Really pretty wrap! I'm hoping you maybe show more with top front drilled stones in future, too, as i have literally hundreds of those, mostly teardrops. Thanks!
Thank you Matt!! I love your videos and this design was perfect for my first wrapped stone!! Of course I was still working on my top loop as you were finishing 😂 Thanks for sharing so much and keep up the beautiful work!! 💜💛💜
You are seriously so Awesomw! You have opened my eyes Matt to a whole new world of crafting jewelry! I watched to many videos when I started out with girls named letisha and my family is like what! Are you doing. Yours is so bohemian and I love it! Keep up the good work you make us laugh and pass on skills God Bless!
Another great tutorial! Does it bother you that you can see the drill mark going through the stone? It does me sometimes. You did a good job covering it up. 😊
Love your wire wrapping on stones! You make it look sooo easy. I've wrapped stones using wire to make a bezel to capture/secure the stone, but it is so time consuming and can be very frustrating when the stone is slippery or odd-shaped. One question: I'm unclear where you put the E6000 glue. Tfs!
NEXT.. how about one on how to drill those holes length wise in a pendant. I just bought a Dremell Press and will be tasking that soon. I think I need to buy the vise first though.
I'm just a beginner and sure appreciate all your ideas and methods but in some cases my own personal feeling is that you tend to want to cover up a gorgeous stone too much with too many "swirls" leaving the stones beauty only 1/3 visible. I know the wire adds to it but I think the beauty of the stone should take the stage more than the wire. I sold advertising once in my career and the motto then was "KISS",, ( keep it simple stupid") meaning too much clutter in an ad would fail to get the message across to the viewer. Shouldn't the wire complement,,not take center stage? I'm a learner so this is just how I see it and not meant to demean your great works at all.
Beautifully done. I can't wait to try this. Thank you Matt, you're the Best. :) :)

Usually just to keep tucked ends from ever coming out, so a tiny drop stuck in a crevice.
Got it! Thanks!

Stones are ugly amd embarrassed when you leave them naked
