MrWhoseTheBoss made a super great video recently about how he's focusing on improving his health, which he felt he neglected. I wanted to use my knowledge (for once lol) to try to go more in-depth with the things he's doing, and what you can do to live a healthier life.

I just came to know about MrWhosetheboss's video from you. I face the same issue, my brain never shuts off. Any tips for that?
Single best tip is to practice mindfulness. As mentioned, the Headspace app is a really good one and I highly recommend it. :)
