    I just came to know about MrWhosetheboss's video from you. I face the same issue, my brain never shuts off. Any tips for that?

      Single best tip is to practice mindfulness. As mentioned, the Headspace app is a really good one and I highly recommend it. :)

      @@dabi_ I'll go for it 100%. Also to share, for past few days I checked this thing I call as focus pie chart. It's just too fragmented haha
