Hi. I have a question. How to pair 420 and sram etap?

You can go to settings->Sensors->E-Shifting to pair SRAM etap/Campy Red. Both of them are using ANT+ ESS to communicate. Shimano Di2 is another story. You have to choose Di2 instead.

Please help me out, my s500 shows incorrect distance and average speed ever since i installed maps for my region. Im using a speed sensor, cadence and HR sensor. Wheel size is set correct. I had two rides without maps and distance and speed were just fine but then i wanted maps of course and now im out of options what to do. Tried resetting, restoring to default settings, reinstalling maps, its also updated to latest firmware. ☹️

​@@BrytonActive Thanks so much for your reply. As a matter of fact, I inserted a new battery in my speed sensor and now it measures correct distance and speed just like it should! I am bit a shame of myself because I always go the hard way. 🙄 I tested it twice today going to my work and back home which is 1km away and it was fine. Gonna go tomorrow for a ride but I sens it's gonna be just as good as it's supposed to be. I will reply back just for your information.

How to use single Power meter with s500. It shows me just left side power...😢

Hi there. If you are use a sigle side power meter, S500 will not be able to show Left/Right percentage such as 47/53. The power data from your power meter can be still showed correctly on your Rider S500. If the problem persists, please shoot an email to our support at [e-mail].

@@BrytonActive Yes, thank you. I sent a n email. The problem is that, my s500 shows me just half of my power. How to make the data for both sides of foot. For example i ride my full power 300 watts but it shows me just 150 watts. I need help for this problem. Thank you.
