- Hey guys, surprise surprise another Last of Us edit! This our first 'ship' video in awhile as we rarely make them but Ellie and Dina's relationship was so beautiful so we couldn't resist. Maybe for our next Last of Us edit we're considering doing a Joel edit or Abby, not quite sure yet but the ideas are still flowing for The Last of Us Part II fanvids!

Funny thing is: a lot of people said they weren't going to buy the game after seeing two chicks kiss in the trailer, but Dina and Ellie's dynamic is now one of the most beloved parts of the game.
I mean it's unfortunately because it's not the 'norm' for the most AAA games. So people complain about it being SJW when it's not even that! It was just two people who fell in love that happened to both be female. It was a beautiful and powerful dynamic in the story and I personally loved it.

Thats bulshit. Noone cares that they are a gay couple. People were mad about the terrible story line and inconsistencies in the characters. The fact that there are gay characters has nothing to do with people disliking the game story.
Then you're living under a rock if you haven't seen the homophobic comments about how they're shoving the 'gay agenda' down people's throats. Just because YOU haven't seen it doesn't mean that's not what has happened.

I love the double meaning of this exchange. It lets us know how others see Ellie and how Ellie sees herself.
We know that Ellie is by far the most lethal person in this game and that a lot of people see her as a threat. But we also know that Abby, Owen, Mel, Jordan and Nora underestimated her. They didn't expect her to find them in Seattle and seek revenge.
Ellie also has a tendency to downplay her own importance.
Ellie needed her immunity to mean something. She feels like if her immunity doesn't mean something, *she* doesn't matter. If her gift can't help the Rileys, Sams and Tesses of this world, then why is she immune? And, beyond that, why is she alive? Why did Joel save her instead of letting her die to make a vaccine?
Ellie's seriously crushing on Dina at the point this exchange takes place, but never confesses her feelings because she doesn't feel worthy of Dina's affection. Even after this exchange and their subsequent kiss, she tries to play it off, saying that it was "just Dina being Dina" and that "she didn't mean anything by it" despite feeling very, very differently about it.
This comment made me tear up.
"We got a family, she doesn't get to be more important than that"

Not gonna lie I really was hoping Dina was going to be there waiting on Ellie when she left. It made me very sad that she wasn't. I know why she didn't wait around but still. Absolutely broke my heart.
I know what you mean. But logistically being a single parent and trying to run a farm all by yourself would be unnecessary stress. I imagine she went back to Jackson I also hope Ellie did too once she left the Farm.
@@ItsATwinThingYT the farm part is one thing.. But think about hordes of infected that sometimes just come onto your land.... Can't imagine how hard that would be trying to keep your animals from being eaten and your baby safe. Fighting of hordes of crazy people.
@@ItsATwinThingYT She also begged Ellie to stay and said family is more important. Ellie decided she simply couldn't let go regardless of what Dina wanted. If a relationship is a two person road Ellie disrespected Dina and basically said that killing Abby was more important than her family. That's basically a break up letter right there.
I know Dina went back to Jackson because she's got her immediate family there to help her take care of JJ. For some reason I don't think Ellie went back to Jackson. After all there's nothing left in jackson for her now. I think Ellie probably went to find Abby still so aka the fireflies. For some reason I think part 3 if we ever get one will be Ellie's death March. Meaning she's seeking out Abby, Abby is seeking out the fireflies, as a result Ellie would also be seeking out the fireflies.
I think Abby will probably convince Ellie to do the surgery from when she was a teen. That's just speculation tho. I know Marlene said that no one alive can do the surgery now. But Abby is his daughter. I wouldn't be surprised if she actually knows how to do the surgery and everything or can direct someone to do it and that's why she decided to seek the fireflies in the first place. I hope tlou3 doesn't end with Ellie dieing but we'll see I guess.
@@Darien2016 Well if ellie not going back to jacson in your theory looking for fireflys could be true.but I like think what if ellie wanted do some adventures like going to library go threw some old newspaper about how cyclops virus broke out in Mexico in 2013 were it all started out.she goes there to see if she can find information how it was made .then see find out how her mom did test for firefly what I found Anna dispose of used infected sperm from infected I know it sounds sick but Anna was gay her lover was Marlene at time ellie got sick her own mom did that test for Marlene and firefly maybe they were thinking be cure for it. She discover other test they did.she also found infected food crops that had cyclops on them firefly shipped it people eat.how people got sick around world. But I rather have Anna had ellie by hooking up with Joel from there firefly days after Sarah death.to find out how Anna got pregnant look up relationship of Anna and marline and test they did .it there
Ellie went back to jackson to Dina because she has the bracelet again on her arm! When she left for Abby she didnt had it and I think she went to Dina to Jackson and Dina told her, her stuff is in the farm house, so she can take whatever’s she needs. Ellie went to the farm house again and didnt take anything because she is starting her life as new Ellie
When she said “I don’t think you do” to dinas reply of “now I really wanna know what you’d rate it.” It broke me because it made me remember Left Behind. I didn’t wanna lose Dina after that either. For Ellie’s sake.
This game broke me and this game is amazing so underrated it makes me feel something I’ve never felt before when I think of this game best game I’ve ever played I’m not an emotional guy but. This game changed that 🥺

@@newman-ce3ux People have different views, opinions, likes and dislikes just because we've known Ellie and Joel longer doesn't mean some didn't connect with Abby more. Some people played and Dina became their favourite etc. So it's not uncommon for people to change their favourite.
@@ItsATwinThingYT yes but this is the biggest reason the game is hated joel was killed so early and ellie and Joel's relationship was explored enough the game people wanted joel and ellie not to play as Joel's killer for 10 hours there story telling really fell apart

I have played dozens of games with thousands of pairs, but none can beat this pair. Dina is simply incredible, she is always proud of Ellie and everything that makes her up, accepts and forgives her mistakes because she loves her and knows that Ellie is always what she was looking for, Dina loves Ellie and just by seeing her wrong she can look for what impossible to make her happy, and that is simply love. Ellie instead shows that she loves her, but in this adventure she is so focused on revenge that she forgets that everything she does hurts Dina. Ellie loves her, but she can't forget Joel and that's what keeps her apart. And really. It hurts since Dina was always there, next to her, in Ellie's thought or wrist. Really the story of these two is incredible, and I don't think another story can move me as much as these two did, the love they feel for each other is incredible and it just makes you admire how cute they are ...

Love that you're expanding onto game edits too! I wasn't a huge fan of Dina based on the trailers and such, but when I actually played the game she became one of my favourites! I think their relationship was beautiful, especially Ellie's conflict between choosing her quiet life or her revenge!

Yeah I'm looking to expand into gaming edits more. Maybe do an edit for Clementine I also have plans for possibly Detroit Become Human, God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn etc so yeah hoping that for sometime in the future.

I love the way Ellie and Dina have fun together and how intimate they are with each other!💖 It's what makes most of the game and I think it kind of centers around different aspects of their relationship and how important Dina is to Ellie! I hope they get back together in Part 3!❤

Très beau montage qui montre à quel point la romance entre Ellie et Dina est d'une tendresse parfaite. Leur regard qu'elles ont l'une pour l'autre, l'affection qu'elles se portent, la volonté de donner sa vie pour l'être aimé. C'est véritablement émouvant de voir ça. Ellie dure de caractère se dévoile à Dina, nous montre une véritable sensibilité. Au delà la question d'où peut mener un besoin de vengeance, ce deuxième opus nous montre une part de sensibilité, d'amour et de tendresse ajustée à la perfection !
