There is a difference between political boundaries and traditional boundaries. The political is just for administrative purposes by the government but the traditional actually shows the heritage and lineage of a particular group of people. So New Dwaben is in the Eastern Region but it is part of Asanteman.
It's a lie Bono can never be part of Ashanti. In Ghana History has been severely distorted to favor Ashanti. It was the white man who named the whole place Ashanti territory for his own benefit. Again Bono ahafo region was not created for administration purpose alone, but for self relisation, confident and economic benefit of the Bono and Ahafo people. @ypk7858 the second asnate confederation was a self governing state under the British. They added the bono, some parts of western region and ahafo. The bono towns opted out but was forced to join so takyiman was the last to join and opted out to form Bonokyenpem 7yrs later and supported nkrumah to give them a separate administrative unit.
The ABCD is in itself problematic...because "Chiraa" is the anglicized name of Kyiraa, which is the proper indigenous name

She admitted that Bomaa is Ahafo and they speak Asante. Why didn't she explain why? It is because Ahafo is Asanteman. PERIOD. That is why, as she herself said, the others speak Bono but Bomaa does not.
The fact that they are located in ahafo doesn’t make it an Asante town. Wen Bomaa was founded centuries ago there was nothing like brong ahafo or Ashanti regions. Asantehene claims they founded berekum which is historically accurate but berekum is in bono region now n speak bono language so does that mean they no longer belong to Ashanti because they are located now in the bono region n speak bono language?

Please explain the origins of Ahafo. That would tell you whether Ahafo is Asante or not. As for Berekum and others under Asanteman, again their etymology and the customary laws of the land would explain that to you. You do have a point in your argument though, but it does not hold in the case of Ahafo because Ahafo is purely Asante by origin and the others in the Bono areas were by annexation through conquests.

Bondouku now in Ivory Coast was the capital of the gyaman kingdom wen it was at its peak until the whites came n decided the two countries I.e Ghana n Ivory Coast. But history is history. Berekum was founded by the Asantes as a spy town to monitor Dormaa. But now we’re both located in the bono region n speak the bono language. The natives of berekum see themselves as bono people now not Asantes because of their current location n the language they speak. I leave in dormaa now n I often go to berekum so I know wat I’m talking about. It’s the same thing going on in Bomaa because of proximity. Bomaa has never being an Asante state n will never be. It was the dormaas who founded the town together with Abesim n Chiraa all in sunyani now. In 1884 after the sagranti war dormaa attacked both berekum n nsoatre n defeated them n carried slaves back to dormaa together with their allie Suma because they wanted them to secede from Asante . You can google n read for yourself the history of Nsoatre it’s there. But now dormaa together with berekum n nsoatre have a very good relationship cos their in the Same region n speak the same language

In fact, I believe you do know that the entire Bono Ahafo was part of Asante and was called Western Asante. It was Kwame Nkrumah who created Bono Ahafo out of Asante. In fact, Dormaa itself, Takyiman, and others were all paying allegiance to Sika Dwa. Agyeman Badu I actually swore the oath of allegiance at Manhyia. The very law that allowed Agyeman Badu II to discontinue Dormaa's allegiance is the same law that allows BOMAA to go back to Manhyia.
