    PGC Basketball Camps:
PGC is where serious players train in the off-season. We teach players to think the game at a college and pro level and become leaders both on and off the court.
Thousands of players from middle school to college attend a PGC camp each year. Our camps are specialized for players at every level of the game, so no matter what level you play at right now, PGC will help you reach the next level.
We teach the game, not a group of skills specific to one position. Any player will benefit from a PGC camp - regardless of their position or skill level - as long as they are truly eager to learn the game.
More than 95,000 serious basketball players have trained with PGC in the off-season, and it’s where top NBA and college coaches send their own kids to learn to think the game.
Discover how to be a playmaker, lead your team, and run the show at pgcbasketball.....

I have been looking for a video which actually tells players what to do when defending. This video is great with real life examples and a clear explanation. Great job!

The issue with sprinting to a spot to cut off the ball handler is the pull back/step back counter. That's how you get your ankles broken son!

Or an spin move, if you sprint and change your hips, any spin move woul let you ot of game.
Any way, its noy a bad resource, I preffer lateral sliding, buy may work with some players

Better offense always beats better defense. You're putting the situation in a vacuum by saying "yeah but he can still score". A good offensive player can always score, it's about percentages, and making the shot more difficult.

When u play a guy to a side like that what u gotta look out for is the pull back crossover or step back. If that's something that they like to do, it's always best in my opinion to sprint 2 steps so that when the counter move comes u can better react to it instead of continuing to sprint ahead of them after they have come to a stop

    • @rayray5472
