The build, the quality, the engineering behind, all that stuff must be combined with the design of the bike. That said I'd cross some of those from the list.
I have literally just picked up my Ducati Diavel 1260 s with Termi system and I took the baffles out; oh my god this exhaust sounds amazing. The sound it puts out is very quality; the exhaust doesn't suffer from being loud and sound ing like old cherry bombs that just popped, gurgled and sounded like cheap crap. This is more like hearing a high end rumble like the perfect combo of grumble of a deep harley like grumble, but the precise punch of sitting behind a superbike reving up on race day. All I can say is get one for your bike. It's a lot of fun.
The Werkes is by far the best. It isn't even close to close. That said, they're all good except for the Zard and the Arrow, which is unbelievably lame.
