    All Queenslanders think Dylan Edward should play fullback for NSW. Thankfully NSW pick their nose better then origin teams.

      I can't believe NSW supporters are backing Teddy. Don't get me wrong I love Teddy as a player, but he has fallen down the pecking order of Fullbacks for NSW.

      @@stevvvvveperryand all we hear from Queensland is about how their “loyalty” towards players and how Queensland always backs their players no matter what. I guess that agenda is pushed, when it is convenient for you.

      @@nswblues3146 I'm a NSW supporter. Like I said teddy is one of my all time favourite players, but he is entering Paul Gallen territory with hogging the ball in origin. He gets in the way of movements and stifles the attack. We would be better off with Edwards at 1 and let Cleary have complete control of the team.

    Dylan Edwards is definitely imo the type of player who would stand up and perform for NSW - he has that mentality / mental strength as well as being an amazing player.
    If he gets picked and makes a strong showing (which i'm sure he will if he does) this is legit his entry into being the default pick for NSW.
    Good luck Dylan, and if you don't get picked, you are an amazing player anyway :)

    The Tigers definitely have better signings coming, but the Dogs have better juniors on the cusp of first grade. I'd say Dogs will finish above Tigers in the coming years. Benji does seem like a decent coach though, could be great. Ironically he has turned them into a gritty, tough side.

      Love Gus or not (i like him) he makes a positive impact at the clubs he works for, sort of in the Vein of Wayne Bennett impacts just in a different way.
      I'm sure he actually really cares about the clubs too , so it's not "just a job".

    As a NSW fan I think that we know Edwards will absolutely do a job. If we pick Edwards he will not be the reason we lose the game/series. But he might not have the x factor that someone like teddy can bring at their peak. That said we have a lot of x factor already and maybe it would be better for team dynamics to just have a hardworking fullback that doesn’t overplay his hand, it would def compliment having turbo roam from the centres

    • @YouChwb
      @YouChwb Před 29 dny

      If they pick Edwards, either he will not jell with the other non Penrith players, or he will absolutely brain it with NSW fans thinking, "why didn't we pick this bloke 3 years ago?"
