- Hey All! I'm back from the Holiday's, I'd like to say that I rested but not really...lol! Today I wanted to share an easy technique on the gel plate but also to introduce these amazing inks made by one of our own in my community Cindy Storrs, she is creating these bespoke inks under the name of Spring Valley Inks! You've seen me use these inks before but now we have them in my shop. I do a First Friday sale that opens once a month on the first Friday for 3 days only. Robyn I recently discovered an incredible and very economical paper to use in lieu of wet strength tissue paper for Gelli printing/collage! It's medical exam table paper which is sold on amazon in rolls by McKesson, box of 12 rolls sized 21" X 125' for $36.00! I've been using it for Gelli printing as well as loose free painting and I'm creating gorgeous papers!! I thought you could share with your audience!

Hi Robyn! Happy and Prosperous New Year! I like the wide angle but it seems to be too far out. Maybe you could zoom in a little more? We don't need to see the top part of the desk. Even going to the edge of the white table surface would give a better closeup of your gelli plate. It's really hard to see especially the iridescent inks you were using. Just some friendly feedback. Cheers! ❤

I agree completely! I was trying to zoom in during the entire session 😉 I was really happy when Robyn started collaging in bigger books than the midori and using the bigger plates! We love to see the details, Robyn! No need to see all those bottles around the plate 😊

Love your creativity. It takes me out of my box. I’m thinking your tissue paper painting would look awesome as gift paper in gift bags. Can regular tissue paper go through this process. I have baker’s tissue paper that’s a bit shiny on one side. Might that work better? Love your work!

When you pull a print with the ARA paints what is that paper with the decaled edge that you use? I've looked at your Amazon supply store & it isn't shown. Thanks so much. Just found your site. Loved the Basquiat segment. Very exciting!

Omg your plate is so dirty for lack of a better word it’s insane. I say that in a good way I would love it when you clean it to post a video of the clean up. I would love to see what comes out. As for what you did today was very cool but your plate keep most of my attention throughout the video,I love a dirty plate
