Ingredients:-
For Chicken Marination:
Chicken- 700 gm
Ginger Paste- 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1- 1.5 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Salt
For Gravy:-
Potato- 5-6
Onion- 2-3 Medium (Chopped)
Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilli- 4-5
masala paste- 1 small onion + 1 small tomato
Red Chilli- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder( Bhaja Masala ) - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli- 2-3
Bay leaf- 2
Green Cardamom- 3-4
Cinamon Sticks- 1
Cloves- 4-5
Mustard oil
Salt
For Bhaja Masala:-
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Green Cardamom- 4-5
Cinamon Sticks- 1
