how important would you say the 'new_bahavior' changes @11:00 are, sems to work fine for me but i notice the cars spawn very far away,would changing the new bahavior ini fix this?

I tried to follow this tutorial today and 1.76 was already an available option, so I clicked to install that version. Now I'm getting the following error messages:
Lua utilities in "extension/lua" are missing
Timezones information in "extension/tzdata" are missing
I then clicked "reinstall patch" for both errors and restart CM yet the errors are still there...in need of some help here.

love this - but actually i have trouble with wether not enough traffic or they are in bulks, and i stuck in a jam. so is there ann option to let the ai keep some safe distance? i see always perfect traffic on servers, but i am not able to pull it off....am i missing sth?
On srp the traffic only works on one, how do i get traffic on the other ones?
My traffic only ever seems to be other sports cars. Is this just the online server settings or did I do something wrong along the way? I don't think I've ever seen pedestrian cars.

When I try to install traffic cars, each subsequent car I enable overwrites the files of the last one in CM. Can someone help me figure out how to install multiple traffic car mods to have varied traffic?

Great video thanks, when i try to load up any of the Shutoku maps it says that there was a error or something rather and if i open the error file from file explorer it says that it was because of the "session 0 spawning point" which is in "raceini". I've tried changing the spawning point in the "raceini" file and I save it but still doesn't want to work. I'm really confused about how you cant even change the spawning point in track day mode so I really don't know why it is saying this. :(

It would be great if they just would allow all these long free roam maps to have races with AI on multiplayer.
How do I limit cars speeds to roughly 65-70mph? The Ai is going top speed

It's seems broken or bugged to me AI works fine on pit lane, but once they started moving they just stop, sometimes going fast and stops and no longer move.
