The corona crisis is changing the world's everyday life drastically.
Apart from all the bad things happening, there's still a good side to it:
We decided to devote some of our now free time to recreate Porcupine Tree's beloved song "Trains" from the 2002 "In Abenstia" album as a detailed cover. We tried to listen to the original as closely as possible to find out what's happening throughout the song.
Thank you Steven Wilson, Colin Edwin, Richard Barbieri and Gavin Harrison for this wonderful piece of music.

Such a good song. The more I listen to this era of PT, the more convinced I am that Steven was ahead of his time. Look at the number of reaction videos still being made.. people are being completely blown away by music from 20 years ago.

Wow... So this song (the original) literally just fell into my CZcams cue. I haven't listened to this song in YEARS, at least ten. I forgot its existence. Then one CZcams search and you popped up, only to find that you recorded this during the pandemic about a month ago. Guys, I won't fall over myself telling you how amazing and wonderful your cover is. Only that this song means so much to me. It's one of the most joyous, beautiful, wonderful songs I can think of next to Mahavishnu Orchestras song, Eternity's Breath Part 1 & 2. It's just so goddamned beautiful... Thank you. Sometimes I can't help but feel like there is something benevolent moving behind the scenes, behind the curtain of what we can see, and every now and then it pops out and says, "Here you go, I thought you might need this".
